on the constant learning path and equip themselves with the latest of the technologies.
Overall Work-Involvement
Employee’s needs are taken special care of, if any one has a problem/suggestion, they
drop the required filled form in the suggestion/grievance box, which is timely noted by
HR & Management and proper action is taken against it. Mastiff also conducts regular
employee surveys to keep in touch with its all, and to make the change which mastiff
team is willing to implement in the company.
Sponsorship of courses
Mastiff offers the chance to refresh your knowledge in a particular course, as far updating
your technical knowledge is concerned. If you are interested in a particular technical course,
all you have to do is give the details and the cost of the course to our HR executive and you
could get started as soon as it is approved by the management.
Flexibility at work
The flexibility of choice and timings is another value that Mastiff upholds. We offer you a
choice of taking on a project that interests you the most. Incase you are interested in another
project simultaneously; a certain percentage of the project can be diverted to you.
