I was recruited in this company as a software engineer when my total IT experience was 3.5 years.
It was a whole new world after arriving here from Delhi. Be it the teamwork, the technologies and
whole lot of opportunities, Mastiff is always into building great productive resources out of the
ordinary ones. I myself is an example of this.
In the tenure of less than 2 years I have grown up to a full fledged IT professional, in terms of
skills as well as the personality and the ability to excel in every field. My remuneration has also
increased in the same proportion i.e. close to 100%. One can’t believe this but it has happened and
that too only at Mastiff.
People love to work with their managers here and managers take care of team members as guardians.
Apart from that the company also has a policy to promote good work. For that it has awards at all
levels.
Environment here is absolutely wonderful. Working in Mastiff is an opportunity of a lifetime.
Colleagues here are not jealous of what you are earning and what you are working on but this
behavior is seen here in a different kind of an attitude. People here are willing to learn from
their peers and also appreciate them for the same thing. This is the biggest reason for the
organization growing at a fast pace.

You'll be happier if you have a job of your interest.
You may be probably thinking...life's miserable when your job's miserable, yes? You are right?
To some extend.
The correlation between your happiness and your job is overrated. The most important factors, by far,
are your optimism levels and your personal relationships.
Since working with Mastiff Tech, I have noticed improvements of confidence in my mental abilities
and now I know what it takes to reach our goals. In all of the tests that Mastiff Tech has put me
through, I have made noted improvements and I firmly believe that if it was not for Tushar coaching me,
and giving me direction, I wouldn't have made these gains. Thank you guys for your help, support,
enthusiasm and inspiration in helping me reach my goals.
If you are a pessimist, a great job can't overcome that. (Think of the jerks at the top.)
And if you have great friends and family, you can probably be happy even if you hate your job.
