Mastiff’s 3rd Milestone
A company of Two- Mr. Ajay Pandey and Mr. Tushar Vohra, then Three- Mr. Manoj Samuel and finally four – Mr. Mahendra Chaudhary gave birth to Mastiff. 13th September 2004, was the day when Mastiff got it’s officially name and an IT company was launched as Mastiff Tech Pvt. Ltd. Since then Mastiff is looking towards future with better way, better prospects and a new approach. A company started by four people in 2004, and today in 2007 leads with 80 great working minds.
With lots of ups and downs Mastiff is finally moving ahead, completing its three successful years. And the success is just because of the continuous innovation, creation and anticipation of every member of Mastiff. To celebrate this success, Mastiff planned an outing at Rishi Garden Resort, Karnala, Navi Mumbai. The journey started at 9:00 AM morning with the whole team singing to the latest music numbers, 10:00 AM we reached Rishi Garden Resort, where Breakfast was the first thing to happen. After which we started with the celebrations. Anniversary celebration seems incomplete without cutting the cake. The Founder and CEO of the Company, Mr. Ajay Pandey, cut the cake, which was communal by every member of Mastiff.
The efforts which Mastiffians took and made Mastiff climb the ladder of success was also being appreciated. Many a people were rewarded certificates and gift vouchers for outstanding performance Mr. Shailendra was chosen as the “Employee of the Quarter”.
Our Hourable guest, Col. Arun Kumar who would boost the team-spirit of Mastiffians was invited on this auspicious day. He conducted very good team-building games, which made Mastiffians realize their potential, where they lacked and where they need to build-on to make a successful team and a booming company.
Now the time was to have some fun for which everyone was eager too, everyone got into the pool and started enjoying the slides, water games, swimming last but not the least Rain Dance. Lunch was taken in between the enjoyment. Around 5:00 PM, as everyone was bit tired of enjoyment, a small break and evening snacks, tea was needed which was served. And then a Dhamaal dance party was enjoyed, which was not ready to end, but time was calling us back, so finally by 7:30 we winded things and return journey started wishing many many long successful years to Mastiff.
It’s just a journey; we passed the 3rd milestone.
