Ajay Pandey

Ajay Pandey, co-founder and CEO of Mastiff Tech views himself as a facilitator, making sure people work
as a team and have fun, even as they deliver world-class solutions. Ajay’s hands-on approach to business
and first-hand experience with startups is particularly valuable in setting up and growing new practices
within the organization. Ajay, an I.I.T. alumnus, has held positions of increasing responsibility, in
hi-tech startup companies such as Viaedge and Proteans. He started his career as a programmer with SLM
Soft India. Ajay holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from I.I.T., Kanpur.

Manoj Samuel
(V.P.Business Development)
Manoj in the role of V.P. Business Development have been in one word a startup expert. He has been associated
with companies from the birth; some even say he is addicted to startups. He has five years experience in IT
domain and has held various roles in first startup company Priority One Consulting, a human asset management
company. He joined his second startup, Mastiff Tech as the first executive employee. He has vast experience
in bringing new clients and teams lookup to him at Mastiff Tech for his contributions. May it be writing code
in one room startup or negotiating with funded product companies for development services, he has done it all.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University Bhopal.

Manoj Singla
Manoj Singla is Vice President, Equities at J P Morgan, India and has been
covering the Indian Technology sector for the last 7 years. He has been
rated highly across several investor polls (including No. 1 ranking in
Institutional Investor 2006). He is a computer science engineer from
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. His guidance and advice is driving Mastiff to new growth path.

Siddharth Sikdar
Siddartha has over the last 13 years worked in various roles within IT management, in both government and
corporate organisations. Till recently he was Associate Vice-President with the Aditya Birla Group, where
he was responsible for IT business growth for its IT company PSI Data Systems and strategic IT planning.
Prior to this he was heading the global ODC for Travelex, world’s leading foreign exchange specialist.
He has worked with Transworks, IRIS Ltd. and NISTADS. He did his B Tech in Mechanical Engg. from IIT Kanpur. |
